Shipping Your Hardware

We use Canada Post expedited service to ship your modem. The cost for shipping is $10.

The expected time of arrival for Ontario and Quebec is 2 to 3 business days, and for Alberta, British Columbia, and Atlantic Provinces 5 to 6 business days.

You will receive a white delivery notice card advising when and where (usually your post office) the modem can be picked up. It will not be shipped directly to your home.

Where would you like service?

Because the speeds of our service vary in different places, we’ll need to do a service qualification on the address where you’d like your service installed.
